Job Title: ERP Project Manager
Department: IT / Project
We are looking for a project manager versed in agile project management that can deliver business value to the company on ERP implementation. The ERP Project Manager along with other team members will implement the project by performing business analysis, solution identification, and project planning. During project implementation, the ERP Project Manager will use tools and techniques to monitor and control the project execution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of organizational processes aligned with ERP customization.
- Provide consistent and clear communication between ERP vendor and all concern stakeholders.
- Determine scope of the project. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress of the ERP system.
- Evaluate and recommends changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs.
- Determine the approach to be used on the project.
- Liaison with business process analyst to create standard business process with an accommodation of users’ requirements.
- Responsible for managing the project constraints of scope, time, budget, quality, risk, and resources.
- Coordinate necessary meetings, alignments, track and update the implementation process.
- Provide status reports to the executive sponsor or other stakeholders as required.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Min 10 years of experience managing complex ERP projects in an enterprise environment.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Experience with analyzing complex issues and delivering appropriate solutions in Project.
- Experienced in managing user’s requirements vs Vendor’ delivery.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills.
- Can do attitude.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
Educational Requirements:
- B. Sc / M. Sc in CSE or equivalent
- PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
