Job Title : Executive
Department: Business Development
Essential Job Responsibility:
- To assist in evaluation and preparation of Bid documents, in collaboration of respective departments within the organization.
- To prepare reports from data and build summary reports.
- To build and represent information in meetings through PowerPoint and Excel.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of:
- Organizational Skills.
- Financial Analysis (Understanding of basic financial statements and their interpretation).
- Ability to prepare Bid documents.
- Writing reports and management summary.
Skill to:
- Having advanced computer skills in MS Office, especially in Excel and Power point presentation.
Ability to:
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and in speaking, with co-workers, and various business
contacts in a professional manner.
- Work completely and accurately under time constraints and deadlines.
Education and Experience:
- Any combination equivalent to the following education and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities would qualify.
- A typical way to obtain the knowledge, skills and abilities would be: BBA, BA, BS, BBM.
