We are a fast growing telecommunication operator holding multiple telecommunication licenses and operating with the state of the art technology. We have presence throughout the country through our network and services.

We are seeking a smart, energetic and articulated person who would support Managing Director with proactive and supportive manner. The person should be good in written & verbal communication as well as having interpersonal relationship skills to communicate across the organization and other stakeholders.

Job Title: Manager/ Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs

Department: MD‘s Office

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintaining communication and liaison with relevant regulatory bodies, with good working knowledge of current policies.
  • Establishing and maintain liaison with trade bodies and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Analysis of regulatory policy/guideline/directives for compliance and communicating and coordinating with internal departments. Formulating governance and compliance plan for routine interventions with stakeholders.
  • Obtaining necessary approvals from regulatory bodies and other stakeholders as required by business.
  • Provide continuous update on policy changes and its impact to business.
  • It will be an added advantage to have experience of working with the following bodies
    • Financial regulators i.e. BB, NBR, Customs
    • Law enforcement agencies i.e. Police, RAB
    • Telecom regulatory bodies i.e. BTRC, BTCL, MOPT, ICT Ministry
Requirements

  • Relevant experience required is 7+ years.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of understanding on telecommunication regulation and law.
  • Understanding on different guidelines and directives related to telecommunication.
