Job Title: Assistant Manager

Department: Planning Architecture and Designing, Technology

Essential Job Responsibility:

• To plan/implement/configure/ troubleshoot IP/MPLS network services.
• Should have hands on experience on IP Routing (Static, OSPF, ISIS and BGP), Advanced routing (Policy based Routing, Route redistribution, route map )
• Should have hands on experience on Ethernet Switching technologies (VLAN, Trunk, Access, STP/RSTP/MSTP, Ether-Channel)
• Sound on IP MPLS technologies and VPN services (L3VPN, L2VPN)
• Sound on IP Network Security.
• General understanding on SDH, EoSDH and DWDM technology.
• Communicate with staff, vendors and customers in a courteous, professional manner at all times. 
• Document configurations, and scripts, and all other relevant information in a repository and maintain it regularly.

Additional Job Duties and Responsibilities:  
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to fulfill job function or as assigned.

Knowledge of:

• Various networking technologies.
• General office practices and procedures.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Ability to:

• Think analytically and be a problem solver
• Communicate effectively, both in writing and in speaking, with customers, co-workers, and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
• Work completely and accurately under time constraints and deadlines.

Education and Experience:

• At least a Bachelors’ degree in CS/ CSE/ EEE/ ETE/ ECE or related field;
  
• 3 to 5 years of experience with ISP/Telecom industry.
• Candidates having relevant Certification from Cisco/ Juniper will be preferred.
