The hotel is now looking for a talented person for the following position:

• Fully responsible for (HVAC) Maintenance & Operation.
• Supervises, develops and maintains an ongoing maintenance & renovation operation for hotel
• Maintains hotel by performing painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.
• Replaces/cleans air conditioner filters.
• Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating and ventilating equipment.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists employees in resolving work problems.

Educational Requirements: B. Sc in Mechanical Engineering from reputed university.

Experience Requirements: 8 to 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements:

• Age 35 to 45 year(s) preferable.
• Ensure that all operations confirms to safety requirements/ guidelines.
• Candidates with Hotel background should be given preference.
