Key Responsibilities:

 The major responsibilities of this position are as follows:

• Strong leadership ability to effectively guide the QC & QA department as per the company vision to avoid inter-departmental issues & shipment delays.
• Should have forecasting experiences, vision and capabilities for effective operations.
• Review and revise process and system where and whenever necessary.
• Follow all procedure and comments of clients.
• Follow inspection schedule and allocate the inspection teams accordingly.
• Follow up on the attendance report of QC & QA employees in office and factories.
• Must be experienced in AQL inspection system.
• Must have expert knowledge of sample development; approve sample, swatch matching & finishing quality in order to ensure a product shipped from factories meet client criteria’s.
• Check samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet client quality standards.
• Must check inline, final inspection sample and report with quality director & provide guidance to station qc`s accordingly.
• Analyze and provide guidance regarding production line problems, conduct evaluations and monitor corrective actions to help resolve those problems at factories.
• Design/Conduct training on quality, process and procedures. To train, educate, and develop departmental resources.
• Participate in pp meeting as required to ensure client requirements are cascaded, understood and applied by all concerned.
• Conduct periodic factory visits to provide guidance to station qc`s and evaluate their performance.
• Must have experience and capability of handling quality assurance matters.
• Must have through knowledge in planning, checking, and follow-up, monitoring and reporting the activities of QA.
• Receive and analyze quality reports and provide subsequent briefing to management.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.  

Key Requirement:

• At least 15 years of experience in similar quality related position at an reputed organization
• Must be proactive and self-motivated.
• Must possess good forecasting and problem solving ability 
• Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla will be preferable. 
• Ability to multi-task and keep cool under pressure.
• Age should be above 35 years

Salary & Other Benefits:

• Monthly Gross Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualification.
• Other Benefits: As per policy of the organization (i.e. festival bonus, performance bonus, provident fund, health and life insurance, personal transport etc.)
