Job Title: Training & QA Manager (Automotive) (No. Of Vacancy: 1)
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate competent knowledge of subject matter.
- Develop, implement, and monitor automobile training programs within the organization
- Analyze training needs (TNA) to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing program and recommendations for improvement with regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
- Prepare for classroom instruction by applying strong organizational and planning skills.
- Plan and conduct activities for a balanced program of instruction, demonstration, and work time.
- Provide students with opportunities to observe, question, and investigate.
- Instruct students individually and in groups, using various teaching methods such as lectures, discussions, and professionally presented task demonstrations in the shop.
- Assign and grade class work and provide evaluative feedback to students.
- Utilize computers, audiovisual aids, and other equipment and materials to supplement presentations and demonstrations.
- Prepare reports on students and activities as required by administration.
- Maintain student records as required by administrative regulations.
- Coordinate Web Based Training for individual Brands
- Conduct written and practical end course test and maintain record of identical evaluation.
- Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets

- Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
- Select, store, order, issue, and inventory classroom equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor or Master’s Degree related to Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 8-10 years of experience as Technical Trainer of a government and reputed non-government (Technical/Engineering) Organization/Institutions.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
- Experience in online courseware and multi-media based training
- Effective training planning and presentation skills.
- Good judgment in profiling and identifying best people for the campaign.
- Leadership capabilities.
