Job Title: Assistant Manager – Customer Service Department

Responsibilities

  • Receiving customer complaints and follow-up.
  • Coordinating with the Service Manager if a service complaint is found and then taking necessary actions to solve the problem.
  • Collect service invoices from workshop's Accounts Department /Internal DMS.
  • Phone calling the customers to ensure the satisfaction level after the service rendered.
  • Coordinating with the sales team if a complaint is found regarding overall sales process.
  • To work as a Relationship Manager between Sales & Service Departments.
  • Conducting Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS survey) for Sales and Aftersales Service Departments.
  • Generating monthly CSS Survey Report for both Sales and Aftersales Service Department.
  • Reporting to the immediate supervisor regarding customer complaints.
  • Preparing and updating Customer Database to contact with the customers via power SMS / phone calls etc.
  • Assisting overall CRD's work process.

 Required Qualifications & Experience

  • BBA / MBA / Graduation in any Discipline. Minimum 02 (Two) Years.
