Job Description / Responsibility:

• Independently manage all production, maintaining quality, production planning.
• Identify monthly and seasonal factory capacity requirements based on customer demands and proactively take part in sourcing decisions to best satisfy customer demands while taking into consideration all possible sourcing constraints.
• Maximizing the volume, setting plans to achieve on time targets, minimizing the delays.
• Manage all team members and contribute considerably to the achievement of team objectives.
• Weekly & monthly scheduling of goods delivery plan and to ensure timely delivery of goods as on date committed to buyer.
• Check consumptions on each model to ensure proper costing.
• Make day to day decisions within defined scope (with support on complex issues).   
• Account for production area with predefined scope of responsibilities.

Requisite Education and Qualifications:
B. Sc in footwear engineering with very good academic record.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Age 24-30 Year(s),
• Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in similar position.
• Only males are allowed to apply,
• Good problem solving skills,
• Capable of handling subordinate workers/Machine Operators/Machine Helpers,
• Supervision of production floor.
