Job Location: Head Office: Dhaka

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining cordial relationship with the clients for better service;
  • To work under pressure for achieving the sales target;
  • Day to day report the marketing division for the improvement of sales activities;
  • Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail ensuring all sales opportunities;
  • Manage and monitor entire marketing & sales cycle from the initiation of the sales call to closing; of the deal
  • Manage, use, mentor, guide and work with Sales and Marketing as efficiently as possible;
  • Be the key responsible person for new lead generation and setting up appointments;
  • Comparison analysis of last month's sales and sales forecast at beginning of each month against the given budget;
  • Ensure effective implementation of expected daily activities and follow up on Sales point performance;
  • Apply the company standards and procedures, which facilitate the effective, discipline and consistent functioning of the sales point structure. Ensure that the sales points are in full compliance with company directions;
  • Dynamic, a hard worker and be able to resist the occasional stress of fast-paced;
  • Conceptual selling skills, creativity and innovation, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, able to handle pressure and comfortable to work in a team;
  • Positive attitude and high energy level, highest ethical standard, excellent communications and customer service skills, an independent self starter and a good problem solver, ambitious and accurate in paper work.

Educational Requirements

  • BBA/ Hon's/ Degree/ (Preferably in Marketing) from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Marketing.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years.
  • 2-3 years experience at reputed real estate company in marketing & Sales department.
  • Should be ready to undertake Target oriented Sales Duties.
  • Good Communication & negotiation skill.
  • Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English & Bangla.
  • Ready to work beyond office time.
  • Computer literacy is a must.
  • The person should be efficient, well conversant, hard working and capable to guide & control a high profile Sales Team Company’s target. The incumbent should be sales forecaster and planning, customer motivation and sales realization.
  • He/ She should be able to work on sales output basis upon company targets.
