LOCATION : Jenson & Nicholson (Bangladesh) Limited, Factory: 70 East Nasirabad I/A, Chittagong
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Monitor the operation of PLC controlled Offset metal Printing machine and printing operation.
- To execute the production plan in an optimized manner by monitoring daily stock out condition with a view to ensure maximum customer service level.
- Ensure Safety, Cleaning & House-keeping of the plant is covered as per SOPs.
- To lead and motivate shop floor associates.
- To support line manager regarding accurate data updating in SAP.
- To coordinate with Maintenance Department with a view to minimizing maintenance hours and costs through appropriate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Context/Environment
- Diploma in Printing Technology major in Offset Printing (preferably) from any reputed institution.
- 3-6 years of experience in Can making and Metal Printing Industry is preferable.
- Knowledge Skills and Experience
- Understanding of Film development process, Color combination process, quality control process and other metal printing process.
- Understanding safety norm & planning concepts
- Computer literacy & experience with ERP is preferable
- Analytical ability & Output oriented approach
- Strong interpersonal relationship
