Job Description / Responsibility:

• Prepare all kinds of vouchers such as - Cash Disbursement Voucher, Journal Voucher, and Cash Receipt Voucher etc.
• Maintain Cash book, Bank book, Subsidiary Ledger of bills receivable and bills payable.
• Check and ensure that all inventories purchased are in balance with accounts payable on weekly/bi-monthly/monthly basis.
• Must be able to maintain company Accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, Cash Trial balance etc.
• Operate all kind of Petty cash.
• Cash purchase management and verification of expenses.
• Monitoring and analysis of payroll, Salary & Wages.
• Monitor and supervise purchase related accounting activities such as supplier's bill provisioning, suppliers payments, advance adjustments, and checking cost related bills /vouchers.
• Inventory management and monitoring company overhead expenses.
• Conversant with company Accounts and MIS.
• Posting all kind of Debit, Credit & Journal vouchers in Tally, ERP or Customizing software maintain documentation timely.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• B.B.A/ B. com/ M.B.A/ M.Com (Major in Accounting) from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:

• 15 to 20 year(s) of experience to work in pure accountant position.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Audit, and Cash Management.

• Expert in Tally ERP or Customizing accounting software and also sound knowledge about MS Office.
