Job Description / Responsibility

• Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution.
• Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
• Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunity.
• Establish guideline to follower to develop effective Marketing & Sales strategy.
• Must be smart, dynamic, innovative, strategic thinker and capable to work under pressure.
• Totally sales oriented & performance based remuneration/salary

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have BBA/MBA/Masters (Major in Marketing) from any recognized university.
  

Experience Requirements:

• 2 to 5 year(s)
• At least 2 years experience in the Real Estate( Land Development) field.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business  area(s): Real Estate/ Land Sale, Banking Sector, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/Client Service

Additional Job Requirements:

• The applicants should have experience in Sales & Marketing (Real Estate/Land Sales Sector or Banking Sector)
• Age 25 to 30 year(s)
• Willingness to work beyond general working hours.
•  Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•  Self Motivated, Hardworking, ready to work under pressure.
•  Experience in corporate marketing.
•  The candidate should be efficient and independent in making correspondence both in English & Bengali.
•  Sound knowledge in MS Office package.

Salary Range: Negotiable
