Name of the Post: Business Head
Profile & Experience:
- Graduate / Post graduate in science and or MBBS. MBA will be preferred.
- 8-10 years of sales / marketing experience as Marketing Manager/Group Product Manager in an MNC or in reputed local Pharma Company, with proven track record of performance.
- An effective leader, with good communication skill. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage team of Business Manager and key Accounts Manager.
- Extensive knowledge of local Pharma Market, ability to handle diverse therapeutic areas (TA).
- Proficient in making review / marketing presentation.
- IT proficiency essential.
- High ethical standard.
Job Nature: Full-time
Commercial:
- Achieve revenue budget as per plan.
- Achieve planned operating income objective.
Marketing & Sales:
- Developing Marketing plan for key brands.
- Organizing Marketing event / scientific engagement.
- Field level execution of marketing plans & customer coverage.
- Ensuring desired business relationship with top key Opinion Leaders of required specialties across Bangladesh.
- Forecasting-Ordering-Import-Inventory management.
- Coordination with team.
Field Force Management:
- Monitoring and Assessing KRAs of Sales Force (Representatives).
- Ensuring Sales Force delivers desired and set objectives of Call Average and Customer Coverage leading to required demand generation.
- Enhancing Sales Force Effectiveness-Imparting product knowledge, Building selling skills and in clinic communication to the doctors.
Reporting:
- Reporting to the Proprietor of Janata Traders.
