JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE Senior Sales Executive - Surgical
LOCATION Within Bangladesh as defined by business
OBJECTIVES/
PURPOSE OF JOB
To maximize secondary & tertiary sales of Surgical Cataract products in designated markets & customers.
KEY ACTIVITIES/
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To identify new locations & outlets and act as liaison between the company & Customer
  •  Sell Surgical products to meet monthly targets
  • Execute marketing plans to achieve sales targets unit wise & product wise
  • Develop new/existing accounts to get maximum business, ensure stock & sales management and tracking
  • Responsible for managing primary/secondary sales
  • Build relationship to ensure that customer needs are taken care of and B&L product usage is increased
  • Monitor opportunities of business generation and competitors’ activities; provide timely reports on competitor activities
  • Train and build up system at User level, provide product training and demonstration
  • Prepare and submit all relevant reports pertaining to daily calls, target achievement, joint field units and sales force effectiveness.
SCOPE OF POSITION Sales volume responsibility – As per target
KEY RELATIONSHIPS KOLs/Ophthals, OT Staff etc.
QUALIFICATIONS/
TRAINING
  • Science Graduate (B. Pharma preferred)
  • MBA Preferred
EXPERIENCE
  • 4-6 years of experience
  • Preferably Surgical/Medical Devices Co
