OBJECTIVES/
PURPOSE OF JOB |
To maximize secondary & tertiary sales of Surgical Cataract products in designated markets & customers |
KEY ACTIVITIES/
RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Act as liaison between the company &customer
- Sell Surgical products to meet monthly targets
- Execute marketing plans to achieve sales targets unit wise & product wise
- Develop new & existing accounts to get maximum business, ensure stock & sales management and tracking
- Responsible for managing primary & secondary sales
- Build relationship to ensure that customer needs are taken care of and B&L product usage is increased
- Monitor opportunities of business generation and competitors’ activities; provide timely reports on competitor activities
- Train and build up system at user level, provide product training and demonstration
- Prepare and submit all relevant reports pertaining to daily calls, target achievement, joint field units and sales force effectiveness.
