JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE Area Sales Manager - Surgical
LOCATION Within Bangladesh as defined by Business
OBJECTIVES/
PURPOSE OF JOB

To meet revenue and profitability targets of the assigned territory through effective branding, distribution and people management

KEY ACTIVITIES/
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Generate leads among doctors/hospitals/opticians
  • Rank the leads into the designated categories
  • Conversion of leads into deals (targeting a specific % of conversion)
  • Project Execution & Implementation
  • Build relationships with doctors & hospitals by regular contact, visits
  • Coordinate marketing activity to grow the category and retain/gain leadership
  • Achieving the targets and generate revenue for intraocular lenses and Machines    
  • Increase awareness to win customers from competition and grow the market share of B+ L
SCOPE OF POSITION
  • Sales volume responsibility as per target
  • Budget responsibility as per target
  • Size of Team = 4 – 7 Sales Executives / Senior Sales Executives / Sales and Customer Relations Manager
  • Territory as assigned.

MBA
EXPERIENCE 7 – 10 years of overall experience, with 2-3 years of team handling experience Preferably in Medical Devices Industry
