OBJECTIVES/
PURPOSE OF JOB |
To meet revenue and profitability targets of the assigned territory through effective branding, distribution and people management |
KEY ACTIVITIES/
RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Generate leads among doctors/hospitals/opticians
- Rank the leads into the designated categories
- Conversion of leads into deals (targeting a specific % of conversion)
- Project Execution & Implementation
- Build relationships with doctors & hospitals by regular contact, visits
- Coordinate marketing activity to grow the category and retain/gain leadership
- Achieving the targets and generate revenue for intraocular lenses and Machines
- Increase awareness to win customers from competition and grow the market share of B+ L

SCOPE OF POSITION |
- Sales volume responsibility as per target
- Budget responsibility as per target
- Size of Team = 4 – 7 Sales Executives / Senior Sales Executives / Sales and Customer Relations Manager
- Territory as assigned.
