Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
  • Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Reporting to Directors

Qualifications

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Civil / Mechanical Engineering from any reputed institution with minimum 7-8 years practical experience of working in Sales & Marketing of a reputed Pre-Engineered steel building company.
Salary

Negotiable/Commensurate to experience
