Job details

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Entire quality control/technical supervision of highrise building construction.
  • Prepare Schedule of daily / monthly/ yearly work programmed for timely completion of project.
  • Detail estimate the quantity of materials required for successful completion of project.
  • Check and prepare requisition for materials needed in phase wise, ensure that the project is no way hampered for scarcity material.
  • Scrutinize the bill submitted by the suppliers, contractors, ensuring the quality/quantity supplied commensurate with estimated amount.

Qualifications

B.Sc. / Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 3-5 years practical working experience. Candidates must have fair face work experience.
