Job Context
The position is responsible to ensure shift production activities, manpower management, quality ensuring, Food safety, plant hygiene and personal hygiene during the shift. The purpose of the production operator position is to use company equipment to efficiently process cosmetics products in various forms like Facewash, Fairness cream, Shaving Foam, Shaving Cream, oil, Petrolium Jelly, Blue, Shampoo, lotion, Hair Remover, Hand wash, Dish Wash, Floor cleaner, Tiles cleaner, Glass cleaner, Toilet cleaner, Body spray, Perfume, Mehedi etc. in accordance with applicable work instructions yielding a product that complies with customer specifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for Manufacturing cosmetics product like Facewash, Fairness cream, Shaving Foam, Shaving Cream, oil, Petrolium Jelly, Blue, Shampoo, lotion, Hair Remover, Hand wash, Dish Wash, Floor cleaner, Tiles cleaner, Glass cleaner, Toilet cleaner, Body spray, Perfume, Mehedi etc.
• Responsible for carrying out shift production activities.
• Responsible for managing the manpower during the shift.
• Responsible to meet the production targets.
• Responsible to follow the production schedule.
• Responsible to reduce the wastage & maximize the yield during shift.
• Responsible for ensuring the products manufactured as per set of standards.
• Responsible for monitoring Equipment Hygiene & Personal Hygiene during the shifts.
• Responsible for maintaining the high degree of housekeeping standards during the shift.
• Should be a team player & has to coordinate with cross-functional team members.
• Responsible to maintain the shift wise production reports.
• Responsible to report immediately to the maintenance department regarding any breakdown in the machine.
• Responsible to report to shift activities from time to time to the reporting manager.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements: M.Sc/ B.Sc/ Diploma in Chemistry.

Experience Requirements

• At least 6 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production
• The applicants should have experience Cosmetics & Toiletries Product Manufacturing.

Job Location: Jamalpur
