Job Context
The purpose of the production operator position is to use company equipment to efficiently process cosmetics products in various forms like Facewash, Fairness cream, Shaving Foam, Shaving Cream, oil, Petrolium Jelly, Blue, Shampoo, lotion, Hair Remover, Hand wash, Dish Wash, Floor cleaner, Tiles cleaner, Glass cleaner, Toilet cleaner, Body spray, Perfume, Mehedi etc. in accordance with applicable work instructions yielding a product that complies with customer specifications. This position requires the candidate to be available for rotating shifts.
Job Responsibilities
- Manufacture cosmetics product: Prepare cosmetic products, possibly customized for customers with specific needs, such as Facewash, Fairness cream, Shaving Foam, Shaving Cream, oil, Petrolium Jelly, Blue, Shampoo, lotion, Hair Remover, Hand wash, Dish Wash, Floor cleaner, Tiles cleaner, Glass cleaner, Toilet cleaner, Body spray, Perfume, Mehedi etc.
- Conform with production requirements: Conform with production requirements by reading the production schedule and adjusting temperature to the actual humidity, size and type of the products which will be dried.
- Check quality of raw materials: Check the quality of basic materials used for the production of semi-finished and finished goods by assessing some of its characteristics and, if needed, select samples to be analyzed.
- Check the production schedule: Check the daily and long term schedules for rehearsal, training sessions, performances, season, tour, etc. Check the project timeline to be aware of the expectations of time dedication, paying special attention to calls for training sessions, rehearsals, costume fittings, makeup, hair and props, trips, holidays, set-up time, warm-up or stretching period during the day planning, rehearsal time, break times, time and duration of performances, tear-down/strike time, etc. More over this skill is related to transversal skills like: Process information, attend to detail, Meet commitments, and work efficiently.
- Wear appropriate protective gear: Wear relevant and necessary protective gear, such as protective goggles or other eye protection, hard hats, safety gloves.
- Weigh materials: Weigh materials and products, record weight and other relevant data on tags or labels.
- Verify product specifications: Check heights, color and other attributes of finished product against specifications.
- Follow production schedule: Follow production schedule taking into account all requirements, times and needs. This schedule outlines what individual commodities must be produced in each time period and encapsulates various concerns like production, staffing, inventory, etc. It is usually linked to manufacturing where the plan indicates when and how much of each product will be demanded. Utilize all the information in the actual implementation of the plan.
- Prepare raw materials: Prepare and measure the basic materials that are needed to produce goods and finished products.
- Ensure conformity to specifications: Ensure that the assembled products are conform to the specifications given.
- Set up machine controls: Set up or adjust machine controls to regulate conditions such as material flow, temperature, or pressure.

Educational Requirements: SSC/ HSC/ Diploma in Chemistry.
Experience Requirements

- The applicants should have experience Cosmetics & Toiletries Product Manufacturing.
