SEARCH FOR ASSISTANT REGISTRAR
Islamic University of Technology invites applications for the post of Assistant Registrar for its Registrar’s Office.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must possess at least a Master’s degree from any recognized University preferably with a minimum experience of 5 (five) years in administrative and / or academic field(s) in public / private / international organizations with age limited to 40 (forty) years.
Experience in using different software including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop is needed for the ideal candidate.
The candidate must be able to maintain official records in database and manually in a systematic manner. Drafting of notes, letters and other forms of communications is an important part of the responsibility of the post holder.
Good writing skill in English as well as fluency in oral English is required for the post. The candidate having work experience in multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment will have an added advantage.
Salary and other Benefits:
S-3 (US$ 520-32x16-1032).
plus housing allowance - 40%, transport allowance - US$ 50, spouse allowance – US$ 25, and children allowance – US$ 15 per month per child. Educational, Medical Benefits and End of Service Indemnity are available as per rules. |
