Job Description / Responsibility:
- To ensure daily primary & secondary sales. Maintain Sales Representative wise sales summary (Primary & Secondary)
- Achieve territory sales goal (volume & value target) & collection.
- Ensure effective & efficient credit management to maximize the business result
- Gather market data, understand industry trends and accumulate in-depth product knowledge.
- Prepare in advance, the monthly tour program to maintain the stipulated work
- Effectively monitor sales team and channel partners ensuring collection against sales target
- Develop proper forecast planning and inventory management for depot
- Closely work with his team players for reference group activation.
- Motivate & monitor sales representative and ensure regular business with contractors and dealers by achieving target
- Communicating with the channel partners on new products, schemes and service offerings & monitor their progress

- Graduation from any reputed institution
Experience Requirements: 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Requirements:
- Age Below or equal to 30 year(s)
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in FMCG/Mobile & Telecommunication industry at supervisory level.
- Proper attitude to work in an aggressive as well as competitive market.
- Must Have Ability to Frequently Visit Rural Area's Retails.
- Fluent in English & Good Skill on Reporting
