Position Title: Scientific Officer/ Junior Scientific Officer (Biotech)

Major Job and Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the protocol or package of different pest management
  
• Communication with national and international bio pesticide companies for product sourcing
  
• Conduct performance trial of different bio products as routine work
  
• Find the source (abroad & home) of different bio products
  
• Provide technical guidelines to the team involved in production and processing
  
• Develop different mass rearing protocol of beneficial insects
  
• Multiplication and maintenance of parent lines of insects to be used for mass rearing
  
• Overall supervision and synchronization the production, processing and distribution activities in the working station
  
• Monitoring the quality control test procedure of the bio products
  
• Maintenance of the registers and other relevant documents of the working stations
  
• Daily supervision of production and processing
  
• Care and handle of the equipments, machines, and apparatus at working station

Education / Qualification:

• M.S. in Entomology or Plant Pathology
  
• Skilled in research and development on pest management
  
• Commitment to promote organizational values
  
• Personal attributes should include qualities such as consistency, willingness to learn and flexibility, capacity to manage confidential information, cultural sensitivity, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner.
  
• Good computer literacy, computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel is essential.
  
• Can able to write reports, memos, proposals, and presentations and conduct telephonic communications etc.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years experience in Research and product development activities in pest control industry.
• Fresher are encourage to apply but will be given preference in case of experience of production in pest control industry.
