Job Title: Executive Assistant
Department: Human Resources
Job Responsibilities:
- Inter department Co-ordination.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and communicating actions.
- Secretarial Jobs.
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employees and department directories; giving instructions.
- Any other activities as and when needed.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Only female candidates are allowed to apply.
- Basic Computer and English skill is must.
- HR skill will be considered as additional requirement.
- Skill in Photoshop and Illustrator will be considered as additional qualification(Not mandatory).
- Willing to work under pressure.
- Good team player.
- Analytical and Good Inter-Personal Skill.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- 1 or 2 years experiences will be given preference.
