Job Description / Responsibility

  • Documentation of International Sea/Air Freight forwarding.
  • Customer service.
  • Preparing regular reports to management/clients of daily stuffing.
  • Booking process through online with different carrier.
  • B/L process & submission through on line with different carrier.
  • Overseas correspondences & up to date agents SOA with agents/partners all over the world.
  • Rate negotiation with carrier.
  • Business development.
  • Other job as assigned by management.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Masters in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in Freight forwarding industry and complete knowledge about sea freight customer service & documentation.  Only experience candidate will be shortlisted for interview.

  • Must be able to identify problems and resolve in a timely manner; possess a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks and resources appropriately.
