Job Description / Responsibility
- Documentation of International Sea/Air Freight forwarding.
- Customer service.
- Preparing regular reports to management/clients of daily stuffing.
- Booking process through online with different carrier.
- B/L process & submission through on line with different carrier.
- Overseas correspondences & up to date agents SOA with agents/partners all over the world.
- Rate negotiation with carrier.
- Business development.
- Other job as assigned by management.
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in Freight forwarding industry and complete knowledge about sea freight customer service & documentation. Only experience candidate will be shortlisted for interview.

- Must be able to identify problems and resolve in a timely manner; possess a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks and resources appropriately.
