Job Description / Responsibility

• Monitoring the CFS, CSD & Port Operation.
• Customer Service.
• Prepare daily activity plan & CFS report. Also make plan according to CLP.
• Working as a team leader & Supervise team members as their designed area to achieve daily inbound & outbound handling target.
• Preparing regular working report to Management of daily Stuffing.
• Keep regular communication with line manager, Customer representative, C&F, CRM, Off-dock, MLO, Feeder Operator, Berth Operator and Dhaka & CTG colleague for smooth operation.
• Monitoring and guideline the shift as per planning.
• Dealing with Forwarder to bring up to date the all kinds of information and instruction about incoming & Outgoing Cargo.
• Maintain proper check list if any cartoon found Wet/torn Or OSD( Over/Short/ Damages) etc.
• Collecting all necessary information incoming and outgoing feeder Vessel.
• Keep record for all Import consignment & IGM submission.
• Follow up daily, Monthly and Yearly Container/Cargo incoming and outgoing reports.
• Other Job as assigned by management.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Masters in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 6-7 Years experience in Freight Forwarding industry & complete knowledge about Sea Freight Operation. Only experience candidate will be shortlisted for interview.
