Key Job Responsibilities
  • Manage overall business, administration and compliance of Branch.
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
  • Develop, lead, mentor and manage a high performing team.
  • Coordinating with Head Office for rollout of organization wide initiatives.
  • Manages sales and marketing activities of the Branch for achieving / exceeding business target.
  • Supporting Branch manager for managing Branch activities.
  • Undertake sales activities in Retail / SME segment for achieving business target.
  • Guiding trainee Business Development Executives for maximization of Branch sales.
  • Undertake sales activities in Retail / SME segment.
  • Provide customer service.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at Branch premises.
  • Provide customer care and administrative support in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Support sales initiatives.

Education

University graduate, preferably with a Business, Commerce or Economics background.

University graduate from any reputed university.

Experience

At least 6 years in leading teams in reputed Banks / Financial Institutions.

At least 4-6 years in leading teams in reputed Banks / Financial Institutions.
