We are looking for self-driven individuals to join us for the following position in Dhaka, Bangladesh

Position: Senior HR Officer

Education:

  • Good academic background with minimum BBA from renowned university

Experience:

  • Should have at least 2 years’ experience in HR in compensation & benefits

Additional Requirement:

  • Knowledge of accounting procedures and practices.
  • Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Sound knowledge in operating MS Office packages. Should have Advanced knowledge in MS Excel
  • Able to exercise great initiative on independent judgment.
  • Should have CAN DO Mentality
  • Ability to negotiate contribution agreement and contracts.
  • Capable of working under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits

  • Administering compensation & benefits for monthly payroll processing
  • Preparing salary and benefits statistics for different stakeholders and keeping up to date the C&B databases.
  • Monitor overtime and other variable processing to facilitate payment.
  • Maintain an updated Payroll Record of all employees’ details such as change in salary or allowances, absenteeism, sick leave, loan or change in bank accounts.
  • Facilitate the process for employee separation & final settlement.

HR Operations

  • Handle contract extension, contract renewal matters and ensure in time completion of related process / documentation.
  • Ensure in time preparation of different HR reports.
  • Continuous follow up HR activities with all the entities and ensure in time support, coordination and communication with the staffs.
  • Maintain all personal files as per policy and procedure.
  • Facilitate staff separation and disciplinary issues and complete the process in time.
  • Leave, Attendance & Insurance Management
  • Ensure the proper implementation of the HR policies

HR Business Partnering

  • Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Assist in communication and implementation of all HR policies and initiatives.
