We are looking for self-driven individuals to join us for the following position in Dhaka, Bangladesh

Position: Supervisor - Coordination

Education:

  • MBA in Marketing from reputed institution.

Experience:

  • Should have at least 3-7 years’ experience in related field

Additional Requirement:

  • Good interpersonal  skill and should be interactive, with excellent presence of mind
  • Dynamic, detail oriented, proactive, SMART professional to assist a leader with vision
  • Customer focused and service oriented
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
  • Good IT skills including MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Designing ability with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, AutoCAD
  • Able to work under pressure and can meet the challenge
  • Excellent language command in English, communication skills and versatile computer proficiency is MUST.
  • Person with knowledge on data analysis, ability to take initiatives and good organizational skills would be appreciated.
  • Capable of working under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain schedules and arrange appointments, meetings and any other programs as required and ensure timely report preparation and circulation.
  • Follow up on internal and external correspondences, approvals, decisions and important secretarial activities as and when required for the management.
  • Ensure necessary document preparation work as required by the Management understanding high level guidelines and expectations with a strategic approach.
  • Take overview consistently from newspapers, magazines, journals, and other related secondary data sources on Company business related issues.
  • Consistent follow up on all issues relevant to Social, Economic and Political issues and consolidate, conduct verification of facts through physical presence (if required) and communicate to the Management as well.
  • Ensure proper filing, documentation, record keeping and reporting of all Business Meetings and facilitate reminders, follow-ups.
  • Maintain & update contacts database for facilitate communication as needed.
  • Support marketing related activities including participation in Seminars, Fairs and promotion of Intertek Brand.
  • Work with team for advertisement and other artwork required for Brochure, Flyer etc. required for different business lines and coordinate with Regional / global teams for the needful.
