To All Prospective Offerors:
International Development Group Advisory Services, LLC (International Development Group LLC or IDG) under Feed the Future Improving Trade and Business Enabling Environment Activity, Contract No. 7200AA18D00012 / 72038820F00002 is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) from qualified local organizations to provide Event Logistics and Procurement Support. The attached RFQ contains all technical and financial offer submission requirement.
A local Consulting Firm/organization is defined as a corporation, a nonprofit organization, or another body of persons that:
- Is legally organized under the laws of The People’s Republic of Bangladesh
- Has as its principal place of business or operations in The People’s Republic of Bangladesh;
- Is majority-owned by individuals who are citizens or lawful permanent residents of The People’s Republic of Bangladesh;
- Is managed by a governing body the majority of who are citizens or lawful permanent residents of the country in which this contract will be primarily performed; and
- Is not owned, operated, or funded in whole or in part by the Bangladeshi government (companies or enterprises in which the government has a controlling interest are not eligible for this opportunity).
Documents received after the deadline (mentioned in RFQ) may not be considered. This solicitation in no way obligates IDG to award a contract nor does it commit IDG to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of a proposal.
