Requirements:
- Dedication, good professional integrity and professional ethics;
- Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering;
- At least 5 years' experience in management of large and medium-sized civil and infrastructure construction projects, and rich site operation experience;
- Good construction organization and coordination ability; proficiency in using foreign languages (English) to conduct daily management and communication of the projects;
- Working experience of overseas related project construction is preferred.
- Required Skill(s): Sound Knowledge in MS Office
- Ability to work independently and diligently with good analytical skills.
- Fresh Graduate are NOT encouraging to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the all-round and whole-process supervision, inspection, management, and control of the project progress, quality, safety, civilized construction and standardized management during the implementation of international construction projects; coordinating various relations in the project operation process.
- Review Tender Drawings, Construction Drawings (to calculate quantities) and Bills of Quantity to check for discrepancies.
- Prepare Project budget for Management approval.
- Project budget control and tracking of costs & quantity including generating cost reports.
- Prepare tender costs estimates
- Attending project co-ordination meeting at site, liaise with Project Manager on construction site issues for trouble shooting, report Management from time to time on cost and progress matters.
