Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Growth Plan (Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly) development by consulting with the management and strategize for the implementations.
- Responsible for achieving the yearly/quarterly/monthly business targets through proper planning of the strategies.
- Responsible for conducting periodical market research programs to evaluate the market scenario and to change the strategies if needed for the better achievement.
- Responsible for credit management through regular review and corrective actions.
- Making report on marketing strategy based on current production capacity and net sales target;
- Responsible for sourcing of new buyers, collecting orders and marketing of our product and keep close liaison with Buyers, Suppliers for any update of the production;
- To follow-up supply chain activity, production and delivery;
- Correspondence and communication with Buyers locally as well as internationally in consultation with the authority;
- To deal with the Buyer independently for all the marketing and merchandising activities including price quoting, negotiation and sourcing in consultation with the superior/ authority;
- Responsible for proper follow up and committed with the time line given by Buyers and obviously meet the time line;
- Responsible for visit the potential customer on a regular basis and follow up sales with new and existing customers;
- Handling customer complaints and ensure proper service;
- Responsible for execution and follow the company policies and procedures;
Job Nature: Full -Time
Educational Requirement: MBA/ B.Sc in Textile/ Post Graduate/ Graduate from any reputed university
Experience Requirements: Minimum 5-7 Years
