Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications
• Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects
• Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget
• Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, supervisors etc.
• Writing and presenting reports, proposals, meeting minutes
• Specifying the requirements for the project
• Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
• Playing a part in project and team management
• Travelling regularly to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings

Job Nature: Full Time

Educational Requirement:

• B.Sc. in Architect from any public university. Applicant must have IAB membership

Experience Requirement:

• At least 4 years of experience in civil construction

Additional Job Requirement:

• Both males and females can apply
• Good hands in sketching
• Working drawing in AutoCAD
• Good skill in SketchUp modelling, V-ray render, animation, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel and MS words
• Good knowledge in building and finishing material
• Very good presentation skill
• Good graphics skill
• Related knowledge of operating architectural software(s)

• Be self-critical, Love what you do

Job Location: Dhaka (need to visit site anywhere in Bangladesh)
