Job Description/Responsibility

• Should have wide knowledge about global current fashion trends
• Has innovative knowledge to develop woven (denim preferable) product designs of new styles considering season, country & gender
• Making Sketches by hand or on the computer
• Develop design ideas through coordination with merchandising and customers
• Can make a design according to buyer tech pack
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of product design & development to achieve company's business goal
• Capable to quickly finish a design/sample according to buyer requirements
• Coordinate with sample room and assist in preparing the sample and planning
• Ability to lead the design & development team under budget constraints

Additional Job Requirements

• Creative skills: Illustrator, Photoshop
• Color sensibility
• Analyzing trends in fabrics color & shapes
• Developing patterns
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, influencing ability & an approachable working style, sensitivity to the needs of the organization
• Excellent computer skill and equipped with using software & different module

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Graduation or Post Graduation on Fashion Designing from any reputed university

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Fashion Designing
• The applicants should have experience in the area(s): Woven (Denim, non-denim)
  

Job Location: Dhaka
