CALL CENTER ADVISOR / EXECUTIVE TRAINING PROGRAM

UNDER THE WORLD BANK INITIATED PROJECT

IJ Corporation, a leading call center and training institute, in collaboration with Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority (BHTPA) under the Support to Development of Kaliakoir Hi-Tech Park/IT Parks Project (A World Bank funded project) invites application from the graduates to provide a three month long free training program on Call Center ADVISOR/ EXECUTIVE under BHTPA’s two innovative capacity building programs namely Employment Incentive Program (EIP) and Skills Enhancement Program (SEP), to offer post employment opportunities for Bangladeshi youth. Qualified and career driven graduates who aspire to be a part of the ever changing dynamics of the modern day business and wishes to build their career in call center and equip themselves with the skills required to take on the challenge are encouraged to apply with detailed CV to the address mentioned below. The training program will be started in the beginning of May 2014. 

A total of 180 candidates for EIP and 144 candidates for SEP will be trained under this project. 

Candidates who meet the following requirements are advised to apply:
  • The incumbent must have a Bachelors degree from any discipline with proficient English language capability (IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL 550 or provide any supporting documents to bestow their English knowledge).
  • Graduates must have sound computer skills (knowledge of SEO, Networking, Web designing will be given preference)
  • Handicapped graduates are especially encouraged to apply and training center will take special care of them.
  •  Participants of the training program will be awarded certificate for each category (EIP and SEP).
  • Upon successful completion of the training program with satisfactory performance, participants will be offered the position of Trainee Call Center Advisor/Executive on probation for 3 months and upon delivery of satisfactory performance during that period, the participant will be offered a permanent position as a Senior Call Center Advisor/ Executive along with a pay package as per the company HR Policy.
