• Civil Engineer (B.Sc)
• Concerned about Ecology and Environment and excited about innovative GREEN building materials
• Capable to manage all aspects of ECO block production, like production planning, production cost analysis, purchase of raw materials, stock management, ensuring quality and quality control,
• Capable to supervise and handle the local labour team in the Production Site
• Capable to ensure targeted production
• Capable to make delivery plan of ECO blocks to the clients construction site
• Strong communication skills to interact with rural clients and solve any problems in a constructive way
• Capable to work independently
• Not easily discouraged by challenges
• Ready to move our ECO block production site to several districts
• Excellent in Excel, Word, Internet and English
• Previous experience with “building materials production” is an advantage!
• Salary negotiable as for Education and Experience.
