TENDER NOTICE The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Population Movement Operation (PMO) office invites sealed bids for Provision of Vehicle Rental Framework Agreement as follows:
Bidders/ Service providers must have at least 5 years practical experience in respective area in provision of vehicle rental services and having an average annual turnover 10 million and above in the preceding 3 years. The Request for Proposal (RFP), Terms of Reference (TOR) containing the detailed requirements, instructions to bidders, Pricing Template in Annex 2 (A & B), IFRC terms and Conditions for service contracts, Supplier registration Form, Declaration of Undertaking will be available from 30th April 2024 until 06 May 2024 at 9am-5pm local time. There will be a pre-tender meeting on 7th May 2024 at 11am- 12pm local time at the IFRC Population Movement Operation (PMO) office in Motel Road, Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. All interested bidders are encouraged to attend in the pre-tender meeting. The tender documents can be requested by email to choton.shil@ifrc.org and cc hossain.sharaful@ifrc.org. The email subject line should be as follows: “Request for Tender Documents for Vehicle Rental Framework Agreement_ RFP-CXB-24-2016A-2016F”. Please be noted that Tender Documents only be issued upon getting request through email. The bid/s, complete in all respects, should be received (only Hard Copy in sealed envelope) at the IFRC Population Movement Operation (PMO) office in Motel Labonee, Motel Road, Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh between 09.00am. and 17.00pm local time on 9th May 2024. Submission of proposal through email shall not be considered for evaluation and it will be treated as disqualified.
