Job Description / Responsibility

  • Dealing the legal issues of the company giving special emphasis on Recovery and Court Cases
  • Maintaining constant communications with Departmental Head for taking proper/right decision for the greater interest of the Institution.
  • Liaison with respective department of Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory authority.
  • Co-ordination with Court and lawyers regarding legal matters.
  • Monitoring and Supervision of the legal status of the branches including suite filed and /or to be filed in view of regularization of classified accounts.
  • Deal with all legal issues of all other Departments/Branches of the Institution.
  • Any other work assigned by the Senior Management from time to time.

Educational & Other Requirements

  • Minimum Masters of Law (LLM).
  • Candidates having any Third Class/Division/Equivalent GP need not apply.
  • Skill on Legal documentation.
  • Practical experiences of case filing, Hearing Argument with other legal related issues.
  • Preference will be given who has experience serving as Legal/Recovery Officer of a Bank or Financial Institution.
  • The applicants should have experience in all legal matters including court cases.
