Job Description / Responsibility

  • Direct all operational aspects of the branch including operations, fund management, customer service, administration and marketing of financial products
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
  • Develop , forecast financial objectives and business plan of the branch
  • Bring out the best of branch’s officials by providing them with strategic support, mentoring, coaching , motivation
  • Build a team to achieve the institution’s business target and work for the growth of the institution
  • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
  • Manage productivity and overall morale of the branch team members
  • Develop a strong network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and the institution
  • Manage and maintain existing customer relationship as well as develop new relationships

Educational Requirements

  • Master’s degree preferably in Commerce / Economics from highly reputed universities
  • Candidates having any third class/division/equivalent GPA need not apply

Requirements

  • At least 10 years’ experience in a branch of any Bank / NBFI having the ability of marketing of investment and deposit products. Preference will be given to those who have at least 3 years’ experience as Branch Manager in a Bank / NBFI
  • Experience in Shariah based banking /financing will also be given preference
  • Leadership skill, team building skill
  • Capable of working independently
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
  • Strong negotiation, organizational and problem solving skill
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Packages (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point etc.)
