It was set up as a joint venture between the Government of Bangladesh and sponsors in the private sector in 1976. IFIC Bank was converted into a full fledged commercial bank in 1983. The Government of Bangladesh still holds 32.75% of its shares. Directors and Sponsors own 11.31% of the share capital and the rest is held by the general public.

The Bank is looking for some fresh graduates as “Management Trainee” for the following Divisions of IFIC Bank Limited:

  • Information Technology (IT) Division
  • Law & Legal Affairs Division

Educational Qualifications:

  • For IT Division

:

Computer Science & Engineering/Electrical & Electronic Engineering/ Electronic & Communication Engineering / Information Technology or other related discipline from any reputed University.
  • For Law & Legal Affairs Division

:

Bachelor of Laws [LL. B. (Hons.)] from any reputed University

Eligibility Criteria

  • Academic Qualification

:

Graduate with Honors with minimum 2(two) 1st Divisions/Classes or equivalent CGPA including 1st Division or equivalent CGPA either in SSC or HSC without any   3rd Division/Class or equivalent CGPA in the entire academic career.
  • Age

:

Maximum 30 years as on December 15, 2016

 

The position offers monthly consolidated remuneration of Tk.45,120.00 during the period of probation. On successful completion of one year probation period, the employees will be absorbed in the regular services of the Bank as Senior Officer and integrated with the pay and service rule of the Bank. All MTs will be required to give surety bond for serving the Bank for a minimum period of 05 years including the probation period.
