Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree.
• Ability to write project proposal, reports, and maintain communication with donors and also should have IT skills.
• Minimum 7 years experience of working in NGO and related fields.

Age: Maximum 55 years

Salary: Tk. 50,000 to 55,000 per month based on qualifications and experience.

Accountant
(Two positions based in Jessore and Mymensingh)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Applicants must have B.Com/ M.Com/ MBA/ BBA degree with major in Accounting
• Minimum 4 years experience of working in NGO and related fields.

Age: Maximum 40 years

Salary:  Tk. 14,000 to 15,000 per month

Program Officer (Development)
(Two positions based in Jessore and Mymensingh)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor/Master's degree
• Minimum 4 years experience of working in NGO
• Having experience to work with community people and poor especially women for their empowerment and environment.

Age: Maximum 40 years

Salary: Tk. 13,000 to 14,000 per month based on qualifications and experience.

Community Organizer
(One position based in Mymensingh)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience of working in NGO.
• Having experience to work with community people and poor especially women for their empowerment and environment.

Age: Maximum 40 years

Salary: Tk. 9,000 to 10,000 per month based on qualifications and experience.

All Candidates are eligible for contributory provident fund, gratuity and festival allowance after successful completion of probationary period.
