Position Type: Full time

Responsibilities :

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• To study & understand all drawings, contract documents, specification etc.
• To plan methodology of all components of works and follow, supervise those.
• To make indents of materials, machineries, equipments
• Keep close liaison with client, official agencies, sub-contractors activities etc, and make correspondences with them.
• Make progress reports, Bill of works etc.
• Command site administration

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experiences.( Preferably Bank & Office related Interior works)
• Flexible and proactive.
• Willing to move any part of country for short term basis based on project requirement
• Good communication and project management skill
• Adequate computer literacy ( Excel, MS Word, Power point etc)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Planning, Project Management
