Position: General Manager, Chemical Marketing Business

Note: This is a key position and position-holder will be entrusted as Charge-Hand of the business who shall directly be responsible to the Top Management to lead and drive sales force so as to carry out successful Marketing and Sales activities as desired by the Management The position will also be responsible to the Top Management to look after the overall affairs of the business properly.

Educational Requirements:

B.Sc. (Hons)/ M.Sc. in applied Chemistry/ Chemistry from a reputed Public University.

Experience:

Minimum 10 - 15 years experiences in Marketing and Sales of Chemical products. Experiences in Marketing and Sales of cleaning chemicals will be an advantage.

Professional Requirement:

Must have Successful Track Records in Marketing.
Must be well Conservant with Chemical marketing specially, Cleaning Chemical Market in Bangladesh.
Must have good tracking records of achieving Target based on Marketing and Sales Planning.
Must have ability to analyze the Market correctly and design target-oriented market plan effectively.
Should have clear knowledge about cleaning chemical market in Bangladesh and be capable to function independently against budget.

Other Requirement:

Must be psentable, well groomed and able to communicate with adequate confidence.
Must be interested to be in marketing and sales calls almost every day with a view to popularize the brand as well as achieve the target of sales
Should be willing to travel all the Divisional City to promote sales and monitor filed force performances.
Must have patience to convince as well as develop business relationship with clients and long term continuation of the same.
