International Development Enterprises (iDE) is a global organization headquartered in Denver, Colorado USA. iDE co-creates with foundations, governments, individuals, for-profits, and nonprofits to develop lasting solutions to poverty. We design and deliver market-based solutions in Agriculture and WASH in 11 countries across Asia, Africa, and Central America. iDE-Bangladesh was established in 1984 as the organisation’s first country program and has been enabling people to improve their lives and livelihoods through our market-based approaches in agriculture mechanization; water, sanitation and hygiene; food security and nutrition; women economic empowerment; and finance. As part of iDE’s financial management process, iDE invites proposals for the 2018-2019 fiscal year for two financial audits: 1. iDE Bangladesh institutional statutory audit and Interested audit firms are requested to send their technical and financial proposals in PDF format at bangladesh.procurement@ideglobal.org by 5:00PM, 4th October, 2018. A half-hour orientation and briefing session on the ToR will be conducted from 3:30PM on 26th September, 2018 at iDE’s office. Interested individuals or firms are requested to contact iDE at the email address- bangladesh@ideglobal.org to confirm their attendance and receive the physical address of the office. The Terms of References (ToR) for both the statutory and project specific audits have been attached with the links below. Eligibility and requirements: The Firm/Organization should have an affiliation with an International Firm, and also be enlisted in the NGOAB pre approved audit firms list. They should have at least 10 years of professional experience in the sector of Audit and Assurance. Familiarity with the Development sector is preferable. Attachments:
