Assistant Manager/ Senior Officer (Compliance) : 1 Post

Qualifications

• BBA/MBA with minimum CGPA of 3.00;
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English;
• Minimum 3-years work experience in the relevant field.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure timely submission of the Central Bank reports and administer/ develop database to ensure the reporting requirements;
• Prepare/Update manuals/guidelines/policies to fulfil the requirement of the Central Bank;
• Respond to the queries of the Central Bank in timely manner;
• Keep track of all regulatory deadlines and escalate non-closure issues to Head of Compliance;
• Disseminate information received from regulatory authorities among concerned departments/ officials and maintain/ update filing of all regulatory directives/queries/relevant correspondence in an orderly fashion;
• Identify compliance issues/gap that require follow-up or investigation and prepare memos/ reports for the management to assess implications and take timely decisions;
• Ensure day to day cross-departmental support function;
• Respond to the query letter received from Tax Authority (NBR)/BFIU (Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit) /Any other Law Enforcement Agency(ies) requesting to provide information on IDCOL customers;
• Liaison with Central Bank auditors and provide necessary information to meet queries.
• Assist Head of Compliance in all respects and perform any other duties as assigned in area of responsibility;

Age limit: 35 years

Remuneration:

Assistant Manager      : BDT 77,538 + Festival Bonus + LFA + Gratuity + other benefits as per company policy.

Senior Officer             : BDT 67,845 + Festival Bonus + LFA + Gratuity + other benefits as per company policy
