Qualifications

• BBA/ M.Sc./ MBA (Finance) with minimum CGPA of 3.00;
• Strong command in developing business strategies, financial and technical analysis and relationship management;
• Solid understanding of project finance transactions and previous experience in financing large infrastructure/industrial projects;
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English & Bengali;
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision;
• Minimum 12 years work experience in the relevant field for Senior Vice President Position and 9 years work experience for Vice President Position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop strong investment pipeline and innovative financial structures;
• Ensure achievement of target investment, income and portfolio quality in a performance focused environment;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, co-financiers and development partners, and other relevant stakeholders;
• Supervise team members ensuring adequate capacity building and teamwork.

Age limit: 42 years

Remuneration:

Senior Vice President: BDT 193,846 + Festival Bonus + LFA + Gratuity + other benefits as per company policy

Vice President: BDT 155,077 + Festival Bonus + LFA + Gratuity + other benefits as per company policy
