Deputy Director/Assistant Director Promotion & Development
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and conduct various projection meetings, seminar, workshop and others promotion programs in order to attract potential CMAs;
- Develop and implement strategies to popularize CMA profession; undertake CMA Brandinginitiatives
- Promoting CMAs to employers at National and International level; establish and maintain sustainable relationship with existing and potential employers; co-ordinate with recruiting agencies and organizations in matters of employment of CMAs and part qualified students;
- Maintain public relations with media
- Liaison with different ministries, government agencies, international professional bodies, affiliated bodies like SAFA, CAPA, IFAC, etc.;
- Arranging National and International Seminar, Conference, Workshop, CPDs etc. maintaining liaison with local and foreign professional institutions and organizations
- Work with the local, regional and global bodies for promotion of accounting education vis a vis CMA education;
- Performs such other duties as may be prescribed or assigned to him, from time to time, by the authority.
Type of employment:
- Deputy Director: Permanent/Contractual for a period of 03 years which is renewable (applicable for extremely suitable candidates only)
- Assistant Director: Permanent
Qualification, Experience, Age, Salary etc:
Qualification & Experience
Deputy Director:
- CMA or Master degree in Commerce, Economics, Education or related subjects/4-years Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
- At least five (5) years experience in the related field
- Age limit: Maximum 45 years
Assistant Director:
- CMA or MBA (Major in HRM)/ 4 Years Business Graduate /Master degree in Management/Business/Education or related subjects.
- 2/3 years experience in the related field is preferred.
- Age Limit: Maximum 32
Salary and Benefits:
Deputy Director:
- For permanent employment. Tk. 22,250-900-31,250/- monthly at par with Government Scaleplus house rent and other benefits as per rules of the Institute.
- For contractual employment. Negotiable.
Assistant Director :
- Tk. 18,500-800 -29,700/- at par with government scale with other admissible benefits as per service rules of the Institute.
Additional Requirements:
- Should be computer literate
- Excellent skill in oral and written communication.
