Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains database of customers for follow up & feedback.
• KPI (Key performance indicator) for improvement in the Sales process.
• Finding market opportunities with new technologies.
• Liaison with consultants & architects for sales opportunities.
• Attending site visit & ability of assessments, survey to generate sales leads.
• Weekly/Monthly reporting on sales performance & reporting to managements.
• Coordination meeting with Project/Service department for existing customer’s feedback.
• Coordination with respective department for project completion, handover & billing.
• Fulfill activity and revenue targets of the sales team.

Necessary Requirement:

• Experience in sales of Security & Safety system in Corporate, Commercial buildings, Industry area, etc.
• Clear understand of Networking, Switch & related IT equipment, PowerPoint & 2D Auto CAD.
• Experience in using various Tender portal & full range of Tender documentation.
• Product outsourcing capability both in foreign & local.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Educational Requirements:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA, Sales & Marketing)/ BSc in Computer/EEE from reputed university with 4/5 years’ experience
• Diploma in Computer/Electronics/Electrical/ from public polytechnic with 10/12 years’ experience.  

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 years’ job experience including 5 years in relevant field experience.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Market Research, Corporate Marketing.
