Job Responsibilities:

• Project planning & budgeting & delivery on-time within scope & budget.
• Take care of all the project sites activities & prepare daily, weekly, monthly work progress reports with projections.
• Liaison with clients & consultants for approvals for smooth project execution, Coordination with internal department & 3rd parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, Manage relationship with the client, 3rd parties/vendors & all stakeholders.
• Ensure in highest quality of Testing & Commissioning & handover as per clients needs.
• Training, develop & supervise all Engineer/Technician/workers on quality T&C including proper EHS & Safety guideline.
• Manage relationship with the client, 3rd parties/vendors & all stakeholders, archive comprehensive project documentation of each project.

Necessary Requirement:

• Experience in high-raise commercial buildings & Industry project of Fire Detection, Hydrant, Sprinkler, PAVA, IP CCTV, and Access Control, Physical security, Networking & various cabling.
• Understand NFPA & Local Fire Service & Civil Defense Standard & guideline.
• Leadership Skills that have to keep teammates motivated, dedicated, disciplined, committed & make them self-driven.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Gann chart, methodology, Auto CAD 2D, Fire Design.

Educational Requirements

• BSc in Mechanical/ EEE from reputed university with 4/5 years’ experience.
• Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical from public polytechnic with 10/12 years’ experience.  

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 years’ job experience including 5 years in relevant field experience.
